Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• The deck must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds  

• Once the returned deck is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

• If your deck arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

• I will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

• Photos of the damage may be requested to help with quality control.
