I want you to feel fully supported and confident in your purchase of the Z Jen's New and Full Moon Essential Oils. Because each deck is printed, packaged, and shipped by me directly or another third-party distributor, please review the policy below:
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• The deck must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• For safety and hygiene reasons, opened essential oils cannot be returned.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
• Once the returned deck is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your oil arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
• I will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
• Photos of the damage may be requested for quality control.
Non‑Returnable Items
• Opened essential oils
• Used oils
• Items with broken seals
• Products exposed to heat, smoke, or contamination
• Digital products (if offered later)
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
